This is the one year where even the West has a sub-.500 team. Although, Portland is no slouch like they were earlier in the year.

Rockets shoot 38-40% from 3 we win - it is pretty simple

I dont think you know what playing the 5 means. Playing 5 means playing center which means defending center. PJ Tucker almost always defends the opposing center. He is most definitely the 5 on this team. Covington gets his shotblocking from weakside help. He guards more SFs than bigs.

You still do not understand the intricacies or the beauty of Switch Everything defense.

Almost every player will be switched off to defend the 5 at one point in the game.

The Rockets will tag off if there is too much of a mismatch, e.g. if McLemore, Rivers or Westbrook switch to a 7 footer.

So even guards will have minutes guarding centers.

Tucker is defending 5's in just under a third of his minutes while Covington is guarding 5's in about a third of his minutes. And Harden also defends 5's as well, just not as often as RoCo, PJ or Jeff.

Just go to NBA stats and run the analysis.

    It's not that hard.

Do you believe CP3 that there is no animosity on his part?

    Game day y'all.

Probably won't be able to start watching the game until it's over. Which is a real loss because I know everyone wants my in-game analysis. Sorry folks.

I know the main focus for us is Russ being out , but I’m hoping we can get House back and he has a good series . He was really impressing me in the bubble and he’s a key 3 and D guy for us . Having him back helps take pressure off of roco , pj , and green

Makes my day to see ROX Nation pull themselves off the ledge from the 1st day End of World predictions we were getting.

Positive Vibes rub off! Will it into existence!

We dont adapt for them ... THEY ADAPT FOR US!!

I left a job last year over someone I hated working with. Before I left I let my boss know why I was leaving (I was valued in the company so they wanted to know WTF). They let the individual know why I was leaving as well and we even met before I left to talk about it and hash it out. A couple of weeks ago, I went deep sea fishing with my former boss and that individual I disliked went on the trip with us. Bygones were bygones and we had a great time. It's not like we were kumbayah or anything, but **** stayed in the past. Our companies compete for clients, so obviously, both of us are competitive enough to want to get clients to our companies (so our paths may cross at times to win a client), but I don't really care otherwise.

So what CP3 is saying makes sense to me.

Last time we played the Thunder we were up 16 at three quarter time and lost

We had Capela but he had a bad game, We had Westbrook but he won't play. We didn't have Jeff Green, Demarre Carroll

Harden went 1-17 from three......hopefully that doesn't happen again

After watching that Clappers game, I don't have high hopes for this season. The league clearly wants LA vs LA in the WCF for views and ratings.

It was reminiscent of G7 reffing.

We'll definitely get past OKC but the next round is gonna be full of bogus calls in favor of the Lakers.
