We can add up to 12M in the 4 team trade, but if we add outgoing players to the deal we can take on even more salary so, it wouldn't require to trade PJ, but probably House and McLemore or Hartenstein, now i don't know exactly, but we would be close in this scenario.

I think you're looking at a Deandre Jordan or Al Horford. Horford is probably someone the Sixers are eager to get out from under - he's a bad fit with the team and is not getting the minutes he expected, and now he has three more seasons of 20+M owed to him.
