This would be the biggest game in any sport ever played in the city of Houston. And I don't say that lightly. Have to do whatever it takes to beat the Chiefs. Can't start slow. We've got to bite first and then clamp our jaws around their throat until the game is over.
Maybe the losses to Denver and Tennessee were divine intervention to position the Texans in the perfect seeding and get Tennessee into the playoffs as the 6 seed to set the Texans up for a Super Bowl run, or maybe not. Regardless, it is crazy that the Texans are a win away from hosting the AFC Championship Game.
Patrick Mahomes last 6 games 91 QBR 65% completion 8 TD’s 4 Interceptions 234 yards a game 7.2 YA Per his standards there has been a decent size drop off. I’m curious if teams have found a book on him.
Will the prospect of hosting the AFC Championship Game be too much for our team to play through tomorrow or can they stay calm and collected and get the job done? History would suggest the former, but I hope that they can figure it out and host the title game for the first time ever.
These are the games u drafted Watson for I’m not saying it’s all on him but out of all the QBs in our franchise history this is the guy you want going into a game like this
He outplayed Mahomes last time and he is the better pressure player If you look back at their careers including college. The Texans beat the Titans and Chiefs. Both games, Watson threw 2 picks in the endzone. Houston can play turnover free ball and walk out of that game with a win no problem.
Vrabel goes to the AFC title game and kubiak and Wade Phillips win the super bowl in Denver. Just our luck
Holy s**t, a home title game and a super bowl birth at their doorstep. Against my better judgement they got me, I'm excited. That rarely ends well with this franchise, maybe tomorrow that changes.
Stfu. You do know the astros won a world series right? The amount of disrespect the Astros get on this subsection is incredible.
