Why do we let teams back into the game?

    Point spread was -8 and Rockets won by 7. Is it really that big of a mystery?

    I don't think this gets enough credit
    When you up 20 . . .Refs sometimes change how they call games
    This manipulation of the games let's teams back into game

    Humanity like fatigue, frustration and going cold happens

    It's a league wide issue but I think the Rockers suffer disproportionately more than most other good teams in the league. I think it can be seen in our point differential. There are a few teams that have worse or similar records to us that have higher point differentials which could mean they hold on to 10+ leads more often. Definitely not conclusive but I think it effects the Rockets more.

    To me it makes sense. Even though the entire league has ramped up their 3 or attempts, the Rockers are still lead the league by a decent margin in 3 pt attempts which are a higher variance shot than 2 pt attempts and hence is a part of the reason why the Rockets lose leads more often than other good teams.
