This is our only problem is MDA. If James and Russ aren't scoring a 100 points between them then he has no options.

Depending on any of our frontcourt is a joke, Most times i see starting line ups against scrub teams and feel like their 3, 4 and 5 are better if not equal to ours, it's a joke

They did their best for the little money.

You depend on the top heavy back court that is like 80 million plus 17 million Ego.

Course the front court would suffer.

This is the NBA, and if you just go cold like the rockets did at what 5:28 in the 3rd quarter and act like you just gonna win it easy, someone make baskets other than me, you are not gonna win. They were out coached and outplayed, and looked like to me they really didnt care about winning game.

Todays loss triggers a Definite trade for us.

I’m not worried about house or mclemore, we need serious help at the 4/5 spot like a ibaka or love would be perfect.

there is definitely a trade coming but we don't know if it'll be this season or not, that's the issue.

i'm not sure they're ready to throw in the towel on capela yet because it may just be a lateral move doing so.

The Rockets do not have the ability to make an impactful trade because of Tilman.

you probably shouldn't expect a trade for those kind of players. the rockets don't have the ability to pull that pff under tilman and where he has put this team. even morey isn't able to work this one out

I personally think that one dawg and Eric Gordon is a championship team.

Problem is, can Morey snag a cheap knifefighter that we can afford? (Crowder perhaps?)

    Tuck needs help...

Yesterday proved why we still need Gordon imo.

We can fill our roster with 3 and D guys, but we need someone who can create. I'm gonna be honest idk if EGO is still that guy. He looked completely washed before he went out. However, if him being injured is why he looked washed and he comes back healthy and doesn't look like an old man then he'll be a nice option to pair next to Harden versus WB.

I hope Ben's trade value rose enough to package him.

remember EGO's monster dunk down the lane, i believe 2 games before his surgery was announced? based on that i think he might still have that explosion left. and the shot will eventually come around for him either way

This. Only way to get the matching salary is dealing Capela or Tucker and others. We had options. Morey tried but Tillman neutered him at every turn.

Exactly! EGO in a starting spot will still be small ball soft defense. We need a taller Tucker type forward. Defense needs to get better!!!!!

In moderation, coming off the bench, but not as not as starters.

it's hard to surround Harden with good players when your GM sucks at drafting in the 1st round

Morey's trying to "help" Harden by giving him lottery busts (from other teams) or undrafted players.

Meanwhile Bob Meyers surrounded Curry with consecutive all-star drafts and sign elite role players like Iggy and Livingston.

CF is putting way too much stock on EG saving us. EG hasn't been close to a 6th man in years and this isn't even accounting he just had a major surgery so we don't know what he'll look like coming back. Also, I guess people conveniently forget EG was slumping for 10+ games at the start of the season. Who knows what his shot will be like once he comes back and we can't even trade him. If he comes back shooting like Westbrook for 20 games, this season is pretty much over unless a miracle happens in the playoffs.

Safe to say Ego's shooting can only get better. 28% was darn low.

How much better, we'd have to see.
