    Hudson at least gets along with teammates (despite being a 2 playing the 1).

    I agree it would not seem to make much sense, especially from Minn's end. However if Kandi continued his injury trajectory Cato could be logical. Also, Mot does shoot pretty well and KG can guard small forwards, so you could pair them for an improved version of a Joe Smith/KG type forward line-up.

    Still, the one real reason Minn might consider it would be if they just decided they would rather take a guy whose contract will end in a 2-3 years rather than paying Wally the extra 3-4 years(e.g., wanted to reduce their long term contract commitments).

    As for the Rockets, Jim Jackson is 33, so yes it would make sense to have Wally Z. He also is a good knock down open shooter and is the kind of player to have where a Yao can create the shots for him.

    Very remote I agree, but not as remote as some suggestions.
