He was on that team, sure, but his effectiveness and role diminished starkly throughout the season. He did not have a spot on the playoff rotation despite coming back from his ankle injury. Wasn't playable due to his poor defense. Shooting isn't everything. His confidence was absolutely broken and his defense makes him unplayable in the postseason. Huge part is debatable. He lost his starting spot to Tucker pretty quickly. Wasn't in the playoff rotation.
It wasn’t just a game. Something like 85% of CP3 assisted Ryno 3’s went in the first 1/3rd of the season. There’s post history on it if you’re interested in digging it up.
for Ryno it is for the most part. especially for this team. and now he's back on a definite limited role that could definitely utilize it
Well then he has to revert to his former confident gunner self from most of 2016-16 before the playoffs, lets hope!
well rockets fans have a lot other matters they have to hope works out even before nabbing ryno back up
As long as he doesn't get switched on to a slasher on D, Ryno is actually one of the most underrated defenders we've ever had. People act like he's trash on D, but he's an above average defender.
What the heck happened to Ryno, he was cold blooded with his threes early on. Towards the end he kept hesitating even on open threes. Ryno is going to help us during the season to get a higher seeding, but once the playoffs start i expect his ass will be glued to the bench.
For MDA to be in this thing with no sign of a contract extension demonstrates an organization suffering from low expectations. Whenever ryan Anderson contract is up, they also need to send MDA packing out of the back door!
not particularly opposed to the ryan Anderson signing. This is a sign to shift focus towards preseason and away from the off season.
