I think GP would be a great addition to the team, starting or as a backup. He's a savy PG just like M. Jackson and would be an asset if and when we'd reach the postseason.
A poster said it several years ago on this very board when Payton was being discussed. He is a divider and not a uniter and that is not want you want for a point guard or a leader. When has he went an entire season without having problems with his coach, teammates or both? He would be worse then what we went through with Pippen in the media.
Payton will go Kings or Twolves. He wants a ring and time is running out for him (he may still have 2-3 good year ahead).
