Thanks Clutch! That was what I was referring to but couldn’t find the video or remember the game that it occurred. In this age of social media and internet, keeping tight on injury leaks especially during practice is difficult. Players like Draymond should be at least assessed a technical, if not on the obvious cheap shot, but also complaining about it. It’s disingenuous level of play that shouldn’t be tolerated at all by the NBA. NBA should issue technicals and fines for these types of behaviors. This has been happening since before the age of social media, but it’s much easier to take advantage of these injuries by assholes like Draymond.
I was already rooting for the Clippers in game 6. Now I'll be yelling like a madman at my TV, trying to send whatever good juju I can their way. James could use the extra couple of days. So could the rest of the team, and some of us, to be honest.
JUST IN: James Harden has left hand amputated. Said Mike D'Antoni on this breaking development: "He'll be fine."
As long as the Mythical Beard of Chaos is unharmed, it's all good. Harden: "They use no hands when they D me, I'm gonna use no hands on the offensive side. I'm just trying to even the playing field"
this is why its beneficial to close out the series early and get some rest days. a couple days off might be the difference between being ready or playing injured in game 1. lets hope the clippers buy us another couple of days off tonight!
Rockets guard James Harden reported to the start of Rockets practice wearing a large wrap on his left hand, but said he has no issues with the hand. Asked what, if anything was wrong with his hand or wrist, Harden said it was “nothing.”
It's because Harden is a machine, no seriously it's because the media ****ing suck, but. ... Harden has def played though injuries like a badass, and I like that he doesn't whine about it like some of the softer players.
Nah, he's currently too worried about the Clips to even notice this, he'll also be too busy crying to the refs, when Harden and the team walk all over them.
It's probably just treatment . Icing and ice baths are very therapeutic . I'm sure James has wear and tear on his wrists . It's likely every NBA player does . If it was injured and could have gotten worse I don't think he would have practiced . MDA will play players through injury but he's never liked practice anyways .
I haven’t heard exactly when the injury to James happened, but it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if Chowderhead was responsible. In the waning moments of game 5, the S.O.B. hit CP3’s back at hard as he could manage to stop the clock, a lot harder than called for, and the only reason Chris didn’t turn around pissed off, in my opinion, is that he was running away from the guy, which diminished the blow, and he knew we had the game in the bag. I’ve seen the game twice and remember it pretty well. “Chowderdipsh!t’’ is a classless brute, as evidenced by the chump running into the locker room as fast as he could when the buzzer sounded. He thinks class is spelled without the C and the L, because that’s how he thinks. Given a choice between two massive guys like Harrell and Crowder, give me Harrell every single time.
