Sam Presti more realistic IMO than Morey. Morey in great market, best player in league, well paid, given a lot of freedom, and beloved by the fans. Presti is also in a great situation but in a very penny pinching org. Bright lights and $$$ could be very attractive. Only team I could really see Morey leave for is Boston.

    The interest isn’t mutual.

Highly doubt Morey wants to go be controlled by Lebron

It took Morey basically a decade to get to where we’re at now (legit contender, coaches/players/personnel that fit his system, owner that gives him free autonomy/trust/belief). I doubt he thinks twice about leaving. With that being said we had better have a strong playoff showing.

I thought about this more and decided there is one other factor that could make Morey consider LA.

    Tillman Fertita.

If Morey isn't enjoying working with him like he did Les THEN I could see him considering a prestigious job like the Lakers.

OKC got new owners. They aren't penny pinching anymore. They spend more than the rockets.

Y'all cray. If the contract was right I'd probably go to LA, lol. You're a God if you win for LA.

Great point, I sincerely forgot that maybe Tilman is not in "good terms" with Morey.
But on the other hand, can Morey handle the pressure of LA and LeBron? Who knows!

Um, he could go as President of BBall operations and GM which would be a pay bump.
