Clippers because I want to see Paul and Rivers knock them out. It’ll be bitter sweet for Austin but extremely satisfying for Chris. The most realistic scenario is we face Utah as the 6th seed though,.

I think we match up the best against Utah. Our style can really neutralize Gobert's defense.

    Spurs.

Best players shoot a ton of midrange.

    Easy win.

I’m not saying we’d lose to them and I don’t think they’ll get far, but I’m saying there are easier mathch ups for us personally. They are not an easy out for anyone imo. They have guys who play really hard.
Lou Williams if he gets hot can be a better scorer on any given night than any one if those guys. Also Nurkic haha, do not consider him a star at all. Also they have a bunch of different role players who can get hot. Montrezl always plays well against us and I haven’t even mentioned Galo.

I’m not saying we would lose or that they would even take us to five or six games, But I am saying they are a tough out.

I picked the Spurs. Why? Just think we have far too much for them.

I really don’t like the Clippers matchup, they seem to play us very well.

Would rather OKC/Blazers/Jazz/Nuggets beat up on each other in the first round.

I dont care about who we play in first round.

I care about not playing OKC and instead want Warriors to play them.

That way they can beat each other up.

and the sure way of making that happen is if we dont play OKC in first round.

The current standings set us up for a nice return to the WCF. I guess the Clippers overtaking Utah would make things a lot easier. The best part of the current scenario is that OKC would get their shot at GS before we do and I fully expect that to be a long, competitive series.

i choose SAS because it really doesn't matter who the other team is, they going to die. SA is the shortest travel distance for our guys though

The Spurs are still coached by Pop and he has had some success in the past limiting Harden in a playoff series. Plus the Spurs have an insane home record. All we need is them to steal one on the road and lose the HCA.

My vote is the Clippers. Yeah they have some nice pieces, but they are coached by Doc Rivers and Avery and Harris are gone. If Lou Williams wants to get into a shoot out with James Harden, he may drop 45 points but he is going to give up 65 to James.

I really would rather avoid the Jazz and Thunder.

Wouldn't that be quite the narrative.

Bud leads the Bucks to the #1 seed like he did the Hawks....... and then gets dispatched in round 1 or 2.....

There would be a lot of questions about Bud at that point.

I want the Warriors after a tough couple playoff series. While it is true that Paul can get hurt......... Curry has the ankles of a child, Green has had injury issues off and on and at some point KD is going to get hurt.

I don't want Cp3 picking up an injury dealing with Beverly

Clippers in the first round and Nuggets in the second round with home court would be an absolute cake walk for us.

Honestly not concerned with losing to anybody except GS in a 7 game series.

this is my hope also.... honestly I could denver losing in the first round with the wrong matchup though. i think the spurs have beat them 3 times already.

clippers would be a good matchup for us because they have a bunch of guys who wont make shots on the big stage. they play hard and have a chip on their shoulder, but that really isnt enough in playoff basketball.

I'd say San Antonio. They just haven't looked very good as of late and seem to be in a tailspin. I know we've dominated Denver (when healthy) but I see them as a tough out anyway, especially without HCA.
