    The biggest scandal is how quickly this was swept under the rug, and no one truly seems to care that it is still rampant in the league behind closed doors.

    It's pathetic how this was the very first thing that came to my mind when I heard that news.

    And the freedom of movement rule is a little too convenient to give the referees all the leeway they need to decide when and where to rule it.

    I guarantee we're going to see freedom of movement calls decide playoff games and series.

    I was thinking the same thing but what's funny is that this might actually help put an end to rigging and crooked refs. Rigging is bad for business, and Vegas' bookies, oddsmakers, gamblers will not partake if they know its rigged, unless of course you are in on it.

    Even Tim Donaghy was under the radar of the NBA until Vegas discovered what was going on. They're the ones that put an end to his scam. NBA didn't know until it was in the media.

    Stern buried it with ease. They even fined Van Gundy for speaking out, only later to have Donaghy confirm it, lulz. Meanwhile, in the MLB, the whole league burns down because of... steroids? Meh.
