Plus he liked getting his ass kicked in the euroleague as a little kid. Now he's playing in China. Talk about a double whammy!

Can he still do what he did in the 2014-15 season? He was amazing for about half that year, but I think the back surgery completely derailed his career.

Weird, he is still playing. I thought he had back issues?

Motiejunas this year in China with Shandong Golden Stars --
    10 G, 38.8 MPG, 25.8 PPG, 15.0 RPG, 5.5 APG, 2.5 STL PG, 1.0 BLK PG, 51 FG%, 37.8% 3PT%, 50.0 FT%

Those are better than PRIME Melo numbers.

At age 34 I doubt Melo can produce those numbers even in China.

    Just the scoring number.

This brother would have killed in this offense. He is a much better player than Hartenstein or Melo

I am sure Royce White, Terrance Williams and K.J. McDaniels liked this tweet too...

Wow, he would be a great addition to this team, way better than Hartenstein.

Joe Chee had 16 10 2.2 blcks on 57% FG his last year in the CBA.

As bad as people are saying Melo is is he worse than Zhou Qi?

Those are Chinese stats, DD. You have to translate them from Chinese league to NBA by moving the decimal point one space to the left:

    25.8 PPG, 15.0 RBS, 5.5 ASST, 2.5 STL, 1.0 BLK

    becomes

    2.58 PPG, 1.5 RBS, 0.55 ASST, 0.25 STL, 0.1 BLK

    Still look dazzling to you?

D-Mo and Royce White played chess against Morey and it was detrimental to their NBA careers. Granted it didn’t help the Rockets public image, but Morey was not going to roll over and get strong armed when he had the leverage.

Morey has always stressed about keeping his flexibility in contracts, and he isn’t going to concede a positive contract because an athlete gets a temper tantrum.

Besides, players almost always do what’s best for themselves. So, Morey does the exact same for the Rockets organization.

I would 100% take DMO back on this team. You guys who hate on him are nuts. He was a very productive player. He was never going to be a superstar, but as a role player off the bench he was a great fit.

The forum hates almost anyone who's not on the team or left the team with a bad taste. It's like a bunch of ex girlfriends.

I got no problem as long as Morey is not questioning his back again.

There were times when Morey felt he was part of the coaching staff and the GM. 3 and layup and all.

I didn't really believe the likes I got were really deep heartfelt endorsements of my comments until now. It's possible I've been handing out likes too cheaply because I didn't appreciate how much it said about me as a person. From now on, I'm going to do a lot of deep research on tweets and posts to make sure I fully concur before I hit the like button. No longer can I afford to hand out likes to support a friend, extend some sympathy, or because something is funny. Way too much risk exposure for me. And I hadn't even realized!

Apparently, Morey 100% wouldn't. I doubt D-Mo is turning down NBA contract offers right now.
