Didn’t watch his highlight vid but definitely agree with you on the quick trigger point. Luc had such a slow release. Ariza’s isn’t super fast either. Not as effective as someone with a quicker release. Not easy to find solid shooters with a quick release. And when you do they’re usually pretty awful at most other things (Troy Daniels)

in the past season, his teammate jan vesely played 27min shooting 61% from the field. the previous season ekpe udoh played 32min shooting 58% and was euroleague final four MVP. MVP came back to the bigs this past season and averaged 2.6ppg for the jazzholes.

like i've already posted here, nunnally has no chance of being anything more than an end of the bench player in our league. like nun

Their arc is certainly different and closer and closer a bit, but still, even 55% Fromm super long 2 is awesome

I see your point but Ekpe and Jan basically shared the frontcourt mins with 2 others, whereas there are usually more wings to share minutes, plus we used lots of two pgs in our system with Sloukas and Wanamaker (Dixon the previous season). To have a comparison, among our wings only Datome played more than James with 24 mins per game.

I agree with your Ekpe comment though, he was the MVP in Euroleague and chose to go to the team which has Gobert. It is the case for Europe vs NBA, but there are always some Scolas and PatBevs.

scola was one of the greatest euroleague players of his generation before coming to HOU

also bev was 24 and had a full resume against stiff competition in the SEC, while nunnally will be 28 this month and has really only put up numbers against absolute nobodies in college and scrubs in italy.

as mentioned here already, his release is slow (actually reminds me of sam mack) and he doesn't have nba athleticism or body. if we sign him i won't be upset, but i also won't expect much more out of him than i would markel brown or rj hunter

He's already had like 5 or 6 summer league looks for shitty NBA teams and could get a contract which tells me I've wasted my time in this thread.

Gg was sitting on the coach last season bc no team even da shtty ones want him. Idk he might b trash, but if we have no other targets might as well take a chance.

That is why I like Mike Scott. He is a automatic shooter, from the 2 and the 3, despite being a offensive based player. He gave the Raptors a tough time in the recent playoffs. If he was a two way player, he would get a 10 M contract.

We can't afford to go 0-27 again.
