Liked the old cyberx thread. was cool to get a heads up on a few on the ground insights only annoying was you'd have to scroll back and forth for ages just to follow all that was being said.
Can we start another thread that can be specifically for rumors? I know Clutch doesn't like everything in one place, but if you want to put a stop to these random threads, you should do a rumor thread.
I want to know why Harden is out of shape and Dwight still keeps playing like a dumb rookie. Also, why didn't we hire a defensive assistant? It's been a problem since Sampson left
When James Harden , the guy who's suppose to be the teams best player is playing like the teams worst player .... Nothing else has to be wrong for the team to play like garbage. As Harden goes , so go the Rockets tho it sure would help if you weren't starting Ariza as your PF and playing him at C for spot minutes .....
Watching him in the first half in Miami , he passed up a couple open looks ... passing the ball to Thornton. Dude was hot .... but ... I thought he was frustrated at the least. I have to wonder what is wrong , he didn't look particularly good in preseason either (tho he was hitting open looks from 3). Hasn't gotten by defenders as easily as he did last season and sure hasn't gotten the calls (that's no excuse for the shooting woes). Is he injured , out of shape .... just in a slump ? Or some combination of ?! Lawson hasn't been very good either .... and together they look lost. Really hard to evaluate things with Howard sitting out in two of the three games then having Jones miss the last one. I think McHale has a case of that Brain Freeze .... the few minutes he gave Capela & Harrell in the second half when no one could get a rebound.
