This one still hurts

Yup and the bandwagons have a scapegoat that is the 1/30 stretch

 

It hurts a lot.

 

Friend, take peace in knowing that there is a way to the world, whether it be a higher power or some sense of cosmic justice, it is real.

Or if you don’t believe in that just go walter white on scott foster’s ass.

 

It won't stop hurting for a little while. Gonna have to hear a lot of talk in the finals/offseason.

 

Other sports or personally like a fondness for the Draft, young talents will make it easier to distract oneself.

 

This one is going to hurt for a while. Knowing that if CP3 didnt go down we could have had this sucks. I def thought about calling in sick today and having a pity party but i didnt, I am regretting that decision. I havent done anything at work today just been sad/angry and roaming around.

 

haha that 1/30 stretch wasnt great though, definitely less than ideal.

Well it’s only been 12 hours, so understandable. I don’t know what’s worse - the refs, the media, or having to listen to the GS bandwagoners since 2015 talking trash. At least it took them 7 games and no CP3.

 

In 5 years, we will be talking about a team without it's second best player nearly toppling a dynasty, and most likely giving said dynasty the biggest challenge they ever faced.

 

This will sting till May 2019.

 

This one is gonna hurt for a while.

It's one thing to lose to a better team, or to lose in a season where you weren't good enough.

But to lose a championship because of injury, officiating, and cataclysmic shooting. It was a like a perfect storm of what could go wrong and we were still tantalizingly close.

 

This hurts way worst than the shot by Lillard.

 

This one will hurt for a long time. I cant just forget about it and jump to the next sport, not yet anyway.

The most annoying narrative I keep seeing is "come on football season", oh yeah right because the Texans have ever given us something as exciting as the run we were just on. Those folks are just ready for Texans "flat bill" season in the NRG parking lot with their miniature grills and a Texans tent from academy. Some real sports fans they are....

 

Cosmic justice. Warriors/Cavs sporting NRA Finals hats.

 

That's nice.

Or rather, next year we will talk about how this was the building block for us to improve even more, get another player or two, take that next step, and actually topple the dynasty

 

Don’t worry. It’s going to net us LeBron, and we are going to win it all next year.
