I think finding Klay in transition and letting KD shoot 20 mid range J’s is going to do it.

Klay is the difference maker for them.

 

Why in the hell are you guys even watching the TNT shows?

It's good for some occasional LOL's when you don't have a vested interest in the games, but for any remotely serious discussion it's trash. Kenny is the only one that even tries to be professional.

 

I wonder how Morey is feeling.

 

Yeah, that most certainly was a sickening lickfest.

 

I’d like to give a shoutout to the TC crowd, it was lit tonight...I was losing my voice in that 1st half...it was pretty much full at tip which was great to see

there’s so many things we have to clean up defensively...Klay got way too many great looks...with KD, I don’t even know what we can do, this dude is just unguardable...the shots he kept making were just demoralizing

Moute has been trash offensively since he returned from injury...he missed way too many layups

Ego turned things around a little bit at 1 point in the 2nd half, but my God, he was pissing me off for most of the game...dude, slow down and stop being so out of control

Harden did all he could offensively, it will be hard to get a better game from him

game 2 is a must win, and then try and split at Oracle

 

It’s hard to feel bad when you lose to a team that is that stacked. I’m by no means packing it in though. We weren’t blown out of the building. I thought we’d lose this one and get game 2 so still on pace for that. Need a more balanced approach. Too slow and stiff. Hesistant. Harden was phenomenal but you probably can’t win too many games against the Warriors if it’s essentially a 1 man show.

We honestly don’t need a game like that from Harden to win. Though that will be the media’s narrative tomorrow. Need to fill that scoring from other places.

 

Did KD ever got double teamed? Seems like it was 1 on 1 the entire game and mostly against midgets like Cp3, EG, and Harden

 

No defense is the reason for the missed FT's and layups. If we make correct defensive adjustments, we have a chance at winning Game 2.

 

Our bench more sucks

The thing is: every defender you throw at Durant is a mismatch. It's ridiculous.

 

Still the same things since the playoffs began.

- Bipolar bench that is comprised of streaky shooters at best.

- Lapses in defense especially in the perimeter.

- One star is playing exceptional, and the other is either off or just average.

The only difference now is our margin for error is reduced to zero.

We can still win this series, but the whole team has bring out their glowing yellow hairs for good and not just Harden.

If you double KD, Curry or Thompson get a open 3. You live with contested 2s by KD. If he makes them oh well.

 

When did I say that’s the reason we lost the game? All I said was that was the dagger which it was and that’s undeniable. No, and that's why he signed there, so his life is as easy as possible.

That team is an offensive machine without KD, if you are running double teams at him you are f**ked. You are slightly less f**ked letting him go one on one.

 

A SG who just takes open shots is better than one that dribbles the ball for 8 months. Or passes with 2 seconds left.

 

I've seen harden do better on defense. Just because the whole team sucks doesn't excuse him either.

 

Felt like getting bombed or hit by a car.

Curry was playing like poop.
