0 chance blazers can be 8th seed, they have 48 wins at minimum. nugs/wolves have 46. one of them will get 47 and thus, can't finish over the blazers

Really surprised so many ppl would rather face Minnesota than SA. Leonard is almost certainly not coming back. If that's the case, the Spurs are severely outmatched and outclassed by Houston's roster. The addition of Chris Paul secures that. This ain't last year. Paul is here now.

Minnesota on the other hand has two superstars in Butler and Towns. While I don't believe they'd have a chance to actually beat the Rockets in a series, they could make it difficult and wear down Houston for later in the playoffs. I'd much rather face a Leonard-less Spurs than Minnesota in the first round.

With you on that, but that coaching factor scares me more than the inexperince of the Twolves.

Denver isn’t winning a must win game at Minnesota so once Minnesota wins the Pelicans is the match up.

Awesome! Nuggets would've been boring. Pelicans, Spurs and Wolves have some stars to make it more fun and interesting. Bring on the Spurs or Pelicans!

The main fear is they expose some lineup that other teams can copy.

But there's a part of me that still wants the spurs so that we can stomp them and hear that satisfying crunch for last year.

The thing is I do not believe Butler is a superstar just an Allstar and Towns is one in the making but has not been nearly as effective as AD.

I think they will take one game or two if we are not at our best.

I dun think we can choose anyone right now, everyone is tough, that's why they are so close in the running.

But I'd rather choose teams with Offense than strong Defense.

If okc beat Grizzlies there's no way they stay at 7 right? Cause SA and NO tied with their record play each other last..

We gotta face reality guys, its going to be the spurs. We can and should beat them but the game tape the series would provide for other teams (warriors and blazers) is concerning

ESPN BPI is saying the Pels, then the winner between Thunder and Jazz for round 2.
