    Why can’t networks just let go of these senile old commentators?? Marv Albert, Doug Collins and Hubie have been here for too long. They used to be good. ‘94 Finals was epic partially because of the excitement by Marv. Hubie used to use stats but never talked this much explaining everything. Doug was cool back in the day, but ever since that Fisher Scola incident & Kobe Battier I’ve lost all respect and he’s annoying now too. At some point they should be let go, their shtick is old and bodies too so get them the **** off of TV!

    P.S. whoever decided to bring back Bill Walton needs to be fired. That guy was fun, but after years of his over the top analogies and metaphors, it’s enough. It’s just weird now.

    it was that 2009 Finals vs Lakers

    that team had Dwight.. Rashard Lewis.. Hedo.. Rookie Courtney Lee

    I don't get the all hate?

    When the 67-win Warriors were a newcomer contender in 2015, nobody questioned their championship pedigree. Everyone was happy to watch a new team take on the NBA with a fun, energetic, entertaining style of basketball.

    Rockets are exactly that right now on pace to reach 65+ wins with a exciting brand of basketball shooting threes and playing a complete team offense and defense.

    If anything, the media should be embracing us and openly rooting for us to beat the Warriors to create competition and drama in an otherwise stale playoffs where Golden State could dominate for the next 5 years.

    How many times could you write about and cover a championship if there is no formidable opponent to present a challenge?

    The NBA needs the Rockets to win.
    The media needs the Rockets to win.
    Adam Silver needs the Rockets to win in order to curb the Tankapalooza going on throughout the league.

    The Rockets winning would give all these teams hope in an otherwise futile NBA season and playoffs.

    The really funny thing is that as much as people are bashing the idea of "tanking" in the NBA, you would think the Rockets would be their "champion". This team found a way to completely rebuild from Yao and T-Mac to Harden and CP3 without ever having a losing season.

    Ryan Anderson went to the Magic the year after they went to the Finals. His first season with them was in 2009-10... when they lost to the Celtics in the ECF.
