I have never doubted this team or it’s players. Including after last years playoffs ended.

I miss ballscientist1 telling us we need to hurry and make dumb moves before
the Cavs make earth-shattering trades.

Cue the Cavs trades of trash for good players.

 

This is the greatest thing about this team. We're so much better than people make us out to be.

At this point, 61-21 is percentage downgrade.

 

AND... we currently are in 1st place in the Southwest Division with a 6.5-game lead over the 2nd place Sperms.

I love the regular season excellence so far. I'm still worried for the playoffs and think we could do more to look towards that direction .

I want CP3 and James to be fully healthy for them ... Not just healthy enough to play the game , but rested and able to exert themselves physically . Both players are so skilled that they can play at 75-80 percent during the regular season and still dominate and pick and choose where to expend energy .

For us to win a title they will have to have a little extra pep in their step.

 

Great point. Even during the New Orleans game it was fun to watch and see how they would come back. And they almost pulled it off.

I do think that game was a tremendous example to point to in terms of capabilities of the team this season.

 

Yea, it’s awesome.
Imagine if we hadn’t had those injuries and that bad run we had in late December. We also had a couple games we gave away. Like against Memphis and ofc Boston.
Still it’s a great team we have and we might get better by adding one or two more guys on the bench. Just like Gerald signing was great it would be awesome to add a bit more depth for insurance.

Need to win at least 60 games for me to believe in this team's chances and even then there have been 60-win teams that were virtually no threat in the playoffs.

I agree. Not just the team with Clyde but the year before as well.

Both of those teams won RINGS!!!!
