To think we had Dragic and Lowry both here at the same time, now they are both all-stars. No complaints though

CP3 real for the honesty. Props. Long as we get the win, definitely don’t mind.

Like Aaron Brooks stood for greatness. ;) But he was good for 1 season.

It's fine, SG/PG hybrid, the best Combo.

Dragic chose Phoenix or another team over us and Kyle, that one questionable. 2012 was long time ago and I think Rox did not value him enough.

Gary Who Forbes. The pick was used in a package for Harden but could we have had an alternative asset to replace the pick?

The pick turned out to be Steven Adams. 2013, 12th.

Lowry and other players for Harden straight up would have been a scenario that could have been interesting with us possibly taking someone like Adams (but Morey would have picked an undersized PF, Guard back then).

Lowry acted like a sh!thead after Adelman left (and, just to remind people, Adelman CHOSE to leave; the Battier trade really pissed him off for some reason). He admitted as much. He had to go, and we got good value in return. Everybody thought that the Raptors pick would be better than it was, including Presti.

No problem here. CP will learn from it. Just groin pains.

Hey say what you want, he was the last playoff pg to get us out the first round before Harden.

Y'all must be too young not to remember that series he had against Portland and then the lakers. Brooks will forever be one of my favorite rocket pgs. Young Brooks was smaller than CP3 but still ballin. Dude was so talented. There's a reason he's sticking around the league for so long. I think he was better than Lowry and dragic as a rocket before the injury

Lolz, OG points for this one. Man those Rockets years at the pg were rough. I was only like 9 but I still can see Matt Maloney and Bryce Drew jumping in the air and throwing the ball away possession after possession. At least Maloney hit some 3s every now and then.

But ya, some games you can definitely tell cp is nursing something or intentionally taking it light. I'm not against it necessarily tho. I'm fine with it if it helps him stay healthy when it matters most. We don't technically need him to beat most average-good teams. Just the top ones.

To be fair to Les, it was a business decision. Lin was the cheaper and more marketable player compared to Goran. And Lin was better for tanking.

I was just making fun of ourselves/Morey.
To be honest, I would gladly lose out on a couple of fringe all-stars for a legitimate MVP caliber threat

Anyone that brings up the ball and gets 10 assists a game is a point guard.
