Its really hard to gauge Nenes play. I think health is the big key with him but he definitely has his ups and downs. But i would rather have insurance because i dont like Black in case Nene does get hurt. But what could we offer that the knicks would want.
Not sure but I know Morey would like to grab this guy away from the Warriors lap. Maybe Black + 2nd rounder?
Or Black and Zhou Qi or Hartenstein, if the Knicks prefer. I think this is the only kind of trade that makes sense for us with the current roster, hard cap, and future. Any other moves would probably be via buyout guys IMO.
Knicks asked for a first round pick from Warriors. In today's nba, everyone wants a first round pick. He O'Quinn is not worth a first round pick because he is a 3-month rental.
Can't let Warriors have him. Morey needs to get him if possible. He would be a solid upgrade over Black. Black has more athleticism but Kyle has a much higher bbiq.
He's a nice player but I feel like he might be a little to expensive for what he's worth. If we can get him for a 2nd go for it. I would really like Brandan Wright as a similar trade option as well, he would fit like a glove with this team, and should be cheap.
