So when Lebron James picks James Harden to be on his All-Star team, are we suppose into read anything to his selection? It would be even more interesting if we knew the order in which each captain selects the players. Lebron might as well try out being teammates with Harden before ultimately deciding whether to join the Rockets next year.
The fan voting part is embarrassing. I kind of feel that the era has changed, as I remember MJ in his last year getting less votes than AI and TMAC albeit him being the GOAT, the most popular basketball player ever and still an all star caliber player at age 40. Manu is no goat, and his performance is trash compared to what MJ did at age 40, yet he still gets many more votes than a perennial MVP caliber player who is performing at the best of his career. I don't know what to say.
Who gets first vote? And still is here any way curry doesn’t take Durant 1st if he has the first vote?
let’s please stop acting like only Rockets fans like Harden...Harden gets hate but is still very popular 2nd straight year voted in a starter and he’s not slowing down any time soon
Nobody really likes the guy, he's too much of a tunnel vision person. I think players are down to play with him, if it ends up like that. but as a choice? nah. SIL
Congratulations to James for an honor well deserved. I would love to see him do something only one Rockets player has ever done in the history of the franchise, win MVP. Ralph Sampson was All Star MVP in 1985, kind of a big deal at the time. Can James Harden manage the same thing? Maybe, maybe no, but I'd love to see him do it.
Congrats to the player that turned this franchise around, he’s not perfect and has his faults but it feels good having a consistent top 5 player that can win at will. Could you guys imagine being a Kings fan or something? Losing season every year? It sucks. I doubt that will happen as long as Westbrook is on an all star team, guy probably averages 30 shots in all star games.
Harden has more media votes than curry Manu has so many fan votes after playing only 9 games this season There’s ice everywhere in Houston What the heck is going on?!
So Booker gets in according to Player's vote; Ginobili gets in according to Fan's vote; Butler gets in according to Media's vote. I think the Media is better at this than the other two.
Great for Harden. But who still watches All stars game? 48 minutes and 400 points? How is that even fun to watch?
