McCullers might not come out tomorrow if Hinch tries to pull him lol

Add in Keuchel and yea I'm not worried about the bullpen tomorrow for once. Just hoping the bats show up as they have been a bit bipolar this series.

Yes but the feeling is what i mean. It felt that we were going to be chumps at the plate all night and we definitely were. Not plating anyone that inning gave them the momentum they needed. It was awful not to score there and its a huge reason why we lost the game

Can the Astros practice after the game? Like some nba players shoot the ball after a bad loss.

Agreed. We need to get to Darvish early in the game.

Reddick has been outright garbage since ALDS. Bregman, Altuve, and Correa all looked like they were trying to be heroes again. Missed opportunity but a chance for redemption tomorrow. Who knows, maybe a winner takes all gets them to play loose?

One can hope that things just don't go their way and we get all the breaks

I worry about the questionable strike zone- inconsistency in their favor

We can do this tomorrow. Pressure will be on them. Lance will be ready.

One damn run with all those people on base. You have to get runs home. Reddick couldn’t even make contact enough to get a sac fly.

You can’t ask for more out of JV but the bats have not helped him.

What the heck does different league have to do with it? If we were better than them in the regular season, we'd have 4 games at MMP. Anything else is pure conjecture. Of course records matter- that's a ridiculous statement and it shows you're not thinking clearly- which is understandable, it is certainly disappointing. There's no proof whatsoever that the Astros are better than them- do I think they are? Yes, but it's not a huge gap- it's an extremely slim gap and that's just how it is. They've got great starting pitching, a kickass bullpen, and guys that can hurt you up and down the lineup.

As do the Astros. If they win tomorrow, it will be because they beat a team that they were just a little bit better than them- and vice versa.

This is what I mean by luck. Anybody else but McCann, and we'd have scored on that hit. If we had more games at MMP, we wouldn't have to worry as much about this pitcher hitting bullshit. Baseball is fun, but it will rip your heart out also.

Lots of people who are new to baseball here atm.

    Go easy on them. ;)

Reddick looks like he’s been mentally jinxed since Betts took away that home run in Boston.

Hope he snaps out of it tomorrow. Because he is a big time player and it sure would be nice to have him show up. I hope Hinch or someone else gives him a heart to heart talking to.
