how does this affect you in any way shape or form, it might affect people like me who sometimes likes to camp outside of hotels for autographs. Let's be honest most people do not know where they stay anyway
Bill Gates, Donald Trump, let me in now Spin now, I got money to lend my friends now We in now, candy Benz, Kenwood and 10"s now
I dont understand why anyone should have any issues with this...If people want to protest President Trump and his businesses...go ahead. But if any Houston Rocket decides to kneel or make a spectacle(fists etc) during the national anthem, they all better be prepared to deal with the blow back from the fans. I for one will stop watching them...
Some of you guys seem like your concerned about the increased urbanization of the Toyota Center experience?
Lol at the posts in this thread. Oh no, the rockets won't stay in our president's hotels anymore, I won't support them anymore. Who's the real snowflake here lol.
So wait, when I choose to boycott my team because they do something that bothers me, I am NOT a true fan? Stop being so obtuse and injecting your idiocy in this forum when people have a difference of opinion...My fandom for sports teams does NOT supersede my God, my family and my nation...Perhaps it does to you...if so you need to reprioritize your life...
I have a helpful rule of thumb for you - the "snowflake tier" teams as you understand them are going to be those NBA teams that have African American players - you're welcome!
You think standing for a pledge where the DOD shelves out millions of our tax payer money to have these jingoist pre game nationalistic extravaganzas just to drive in recruitment numbers proves your 'patriotism'? See this is why I have no respect for people like you. You divide a line between 'a good American loving citizen' and 'anti-American bad citizen' over trivial bullshit. A ****ing knee bend has made you call me, a combat wounded veteran, as someone who places my sports team over my nation. That's how stupid you are and how blinded you are over trivial symbolic gestures that have nothing to do with veterans but rather a gesuture that suggests that this country isn't infallible and needs a hard introspective look at our policing state. If that leads you to a conclusion that they are 'disrespecting the country' than you are part a symptom of a larger issue in this country where blind nationalism leads to people not having any introspective criticism of the country thus waiving a magic wand over any systemic issues. You need to reprioritize your life if you differentiate how worthy of a citizen someone is over a knee bend or lack there of. Get over yourself.
