Yao .......A- (He dominates this game; some turnovers) Steve.....C+ (Failed to shut down Damon in crunch time...that's one reason they lost....failed to contribute much in the offense...2points TOTAL? C'mon..it's not 4...the 2 points he added at the buzzer is garbage..so it's only 2 points for the entire game. What's happening to his shots?? He usually takes more shots than anyone else. Nobody is asking him to stop shooting the ball, we simply ask him to share with Ming and at the same time shoot as much as Ming). CAT ......B+ (He's actually shined in the game, made some clutch 3s). Cato....C+ (Failed dunked...missing easy layups) JJ....A- (He along with Ming and Cat shoot pretty good) Taylor....B- (He also shoot well at the end when team were behind, but not rebounding much). BOki........D (Can't rebound...can't shoot....not much tonight, but then again...he hardly get plays run through him) Moochie .....C+ (I don't recall he did anything in the game). T. Bragg .....D (Failed rebounding..failed making easy layups...cuz he misshandled the ball) ----------------------------------- As you can see...only a couple bright spots tonight....team needs Pikowski and A. Griffin BADDDDDDD to replace Bragg and Moochie or Boki dismal services.
JVG-- D Got outcoached coming out of a time out when Portland threw the full court press on and the Rockets were ill prepared for it. Could not jump start Steve. Let the team go away from Ming inside. Left MoT inside posting up and turning the ball over too many times.
When Portland went on that big run J Jackson was sitting on the bench. Not sure why JVG left him there so long, Jackson should have got more minutes and get Moochie out of there he is horrible. When Pike comes back I hope we never have to see Moochie again.
