If Lakers fans can forgive Kobe for quitting, why can't we forgive Harden for quitting?

?

Should we forgive Harden for quitting on us?

  1. No, I have grown to HATE JAMES FRAUDEN.

  2. Yes, only when he brings us a championship.

This itself is a lie dumbass

We lost Asik and Portions and finished 2nd in the West and went to the WCF.

Oh and we destroyed your Mavs 4-1 on the way with Josh SMith a nd Howard raining down alley ooop plays LMAO

Old passenger Dirk was confused, Rondo decided he didn't want more of that ****....

No, because Harden will never bring championship here or in other team as first or second option.

What you said is valid, those 2 lines don't prove you are a Mavs fan. How about a straight honest answer, are you a Mavs fan or not?

I like the way you think and I appreciate the simple, honest, and direct question. No, I am not a Mavs fan. I have and always been a part of Red Nation. :)

Yes, Harden did quit on the Rockets. But it wasn't intentional like with Kobe. It was more like quitting because of mental weakness than quitting intentionally.

This season I think Harden finally rids the choker label that some have bestowed upon him.

    Horrible comparison.

Kobe won multiple championships with the Lakers including two after that incident.

Kobe is known for his heart and work ethic.

My problem is that I think there is reason to believe that there is a connection between his critical game playoff "stumbles" and his life style decisions. Allegedly, he was out clubbing the night before both the record setting turnover disaster and the huge SA disappearance act. If true, that is really, really disappointing. In both cases he was willing to throw away the team's season for a night out on the town.

"Allegedly" as in DD emotionally spreading this nonsense in every thread possible without any proof?

Move on and just let the troll thread die.

Kobe had too much mental r****dation around him in the form of Kwame Brown and after losing a 3-1 lead on the Suns... He realized how much that mental r****dation held him back.

I don't think anyone here hates Tmac personally to the point where they hope Tmac would get killed, but the fact that he never got the team passed the first round can not be denied. I and some other also don't believe he deserves to be in the hall of fame nor be given the special treatment that a Rocket "all time great" deserves. Even with Harden's short comings from last season he at least helped lead us passed the first round. James can be forgiven. He is obviously taking the steps right now to help this team advance over personal goals. He recruited Chris Paul knowing that he'd be holding the ball alot less. He and Paul have obviously sold Houston to Melo as well who will also take touches and shots away from Harden. The guy is sacraficing personal glory to help this city win a title and be relevant again. He is doing exactly what a man seeking redemption should do. He can and will be forgiven if this team finds a way to succeed, but so far from what we've seen this offseason of his recruiting, he's definitely taking the right strides.
