    I think you have to agree. Spaces the floor for one of the best backcourt in the league. I think it's a win for Portland to unload contracts and plug in a Perfect Starting PF in that system......

    Clutchfans is the #1 NBA team forum. It's too bad about the recent crappy posters, and opposing team fans will probably take a bad impression of us - but even in this state, this fan site is head and shoulders above any I've ever seen.

    I understand overvaluing your team's personnel, and I know we, as fans, are guilty of doing the same thing. But, this **** is just downright delusional thinking. Absolutely no one with an inkling of basketball knowledge would rate that Portland roster as better than the Rockets.

    I'm sorry Cj and Nurkic ain't all that. You can't call that a big 4. CJ is right below allstar guard, and Nurkic is a rising star. He has potential to be an allstar- still not as good as Jokic though

    Some interesting stats I found about Melo and Cp3.
    • Cp3 was 2nd in the league in catch and shot 3 point % @ 49.3 (dear God!)
    • Melo was second in the league points scored in the Mid Range (an elite mid range volume scorer. Yes please)
    • Cp3 lead the league in Mid range shooting FG% (nice to verify was we already know)

    Morey isn't gonna push the panic button like that.

    Losing Gordon would put a serious dent in our guard rotation which is probably the best in the league

    They finished 8 last year and did not improve much. We finished third in the league and added Paul.

    On top of that did they really claim that the player who was the backup center on a team not making the play offs is part of a big 3?

    I can understand being a homer. But those posts are just the worst. Ofcourse if you cherry pick some of the posts here you can also claim cfans is a bad forum. So I will not make a judgement about the forum. But those posters are idiots.

    Hahaha they truly believe Melo is going to waive his no trade clause to play with... what exactly? I mean I guess Damian got into the all star game 1 year... granted that was because Griffin was injured... vs 2 year in and year out all stars? Wheres the rest of Portland's roster? CJ McRolePlayer? Nurkic? Aminu? Yeah that team is trash. Overpay Evan Turner, Overpay Allen Crabbe... They're like 40 million over the cap and barely made the playoffs. Melo would never sign with them.
