Why did you post a picture of the razorbacks? Keaton miles, Anthlon bell, jimmy Whitt, and kingsely are not ball dominant

More importantly . . . .The defensive gavity situation

Durant had a great defensive season because. . . basically he and green roam the lanes not guarding any one

That won't happen with the rockets. . . . or they will be TORCHED

The question is: Would the Rockets be better with a better Starting Power Foward

Name 1 thing Anderson does better than Melo?
    Rebound? No Melo - 5.9 Anderson 4.6
Assist? No Melo 2.9 Anderson .9
Steals? No Melo .8 Anderson .4
Blocks? No Melo .5 Anderson .2
    Score? Really now???
3 Ptrs? MELO 35.9% Anderson 40.3 <--- THIS IS IT!!

It's not just a bullet point in an MDA O. But, to the point, unless the deal includes too much going out (by my interpretation) I am so with Melo coming.

    Lebron James, Irving, love worked

    Curry, Thompson, green, Durant worked

I know. it is a big deal to D'Antoni but the overall effect on the team will be huge.
I think Melo's ability to fake the three and take off
will keep the defense even more honest than Anderson's long ball

    Wade, Bosh, Lebron
    KG, Allen, Pierce
    Lebron, Irving, Love
    Curry, Durant, Thompson, Green
    Magic, Kareem, Worthy
    Bird, Parish, McHale
    Malone, Dr J, Toney
    West, Wilt, Baylor

I think all these guys would disagree with your idea of history.

In catch and shoot situations, Melo shot at the same percentage as Ryan Anderson. Think about that for a second. Melo can do everything Ryan Anderson can do plus carry an offense when others are teams are trying to contain Harden and Paul. Imagine having the following players on the floor?

    Paul
    EGO
    Harden
    Melo
    Capela

Who do rotate off of when Harden and Paul goes into PNR action?

Don't want to ruin the homer parade, but I voted no. Harden & Paul seems like a great duo. But adding Carmelo is too much. At this point his name is bigger than his game.

yeah its better to surround them with typical role players that we've seen for years and years now only to end up with the same exact excuses in the end and going into an offseason

Since when is Ariza Tucker Gordon nene and Capela scrubs?

That's a very good supporting cast with a 6th man of the year winner a young center who's one of the best pick and roll finishers in the game and two defensive wings that can hit the corner three and gaurd a lot of power forwards not to mention nene who is a very good backup center as shown in last years playoffs.

If we get melo for Anderson, this teams top 8 is really good deep and talented. And if we sign Troy Williams with cam Oliver and shoot Qi we have 3 wild cards and you have to assume one of them will break out and crack small rotation minutes(Troy Williams)

The rockets won't be surrounding harden/cp3/melo with scrubs.

i would prioritize depth over adding a diva like Carmelo. I hope he pans out for the Rockets though. But I won't be surprised if he's just a chucker on the offensive side that doesn't want to play any defense and doesn't want to be a sideshow to Harden.

That's my opinion. I'm allowed to have one, right? You guys are allowed to think what you want to think though.
