He shot 50% today with 42 points, he's not the problem, today. To me Spur has been winning the last 2 games by getting off to great starts to their offence, meaning our defence needs to step up from tip-off and not make them get into their rhythm. Once they get their shots their confidence level is up and they tend to play harder and more disciplined in their defence too.
The beautiful thing about the spurs is one guy can shoot 30% and the next guy steps up. It doesn't matter it's really boring to watch, but it wins games also, it's really hard to game plan against especially when they make adjustments
This thread wasn't meant to lay all responsibility at his feet But more importantly this is a career issue I just want want him to improve because it would be a shame if his overall brilliance isn't recognized because of it He carries this franchise in the playoffs but he still needs to shoot betteri n the playoffs
op is right. before this game he was under 40fg% and 27% from three. now he's 40fg% and still 27% from three. this team is shooting like **** all playoffs long. btw harden's shot has always been inconsistent. he never was a good shooter. though i think its cuz he does too much for his team.
