    Well its official, the Rockets are the worst 1st quarter team in NBA playoffs history. They did this at times during the season and I mostly wrote it off to disinterest or just one of those nights...but this is the real sign as a road team in the playoffs if you can't play well in the 1st quarter. What the hell do they do during warm-ups? Whatever they do, they need to completely change it now because its absolutely inexcusable to start every game in a hole like this.

    I just don't get what appears like a lack of effort. The urgency isn't there. Get in the second unit if you have to.

    Rockets content with letting the 17th ranked offense in the league score at will against them. Just embarrassing. Entirely effort based.

    My friends killed me when i would tell them dekker is better than trash ariza. Dekker in his first start scored more than trevor ever has in his second stint as a rocket. Dude gets so much undeserved hate. Hope he gets healthy

    some of westbrook's teammates struggled in games 1 and 2? how about him shooting 32% or something. and like our role players haven't mostly sucked all series. somehow anderson being a double agent for okc never gets brought up.

    This is why the ROckets start slow.

    They fullcourt press Harden. Combine that with how he always walks slowly up the court, it takes about 14 seconds on average just to get our offense started. Also, when there is a non ball handler stuck with the ball, Harden never tries to expend enough energy to run around and shake his man. Usually it's Bev running. Then they waste an additional 5 seconds trying to get the ball to Harden.

    The reason the Rockets struggle early in the game is because Harden and Beverley are the only ones who play with any confidence. Ariza and Anderson especially play timid.

    At least they talked a good game to the media about doing all the right things!

    And I laugh when I see people say "Thunder aren't going to keep this up." They aren't going to keep shooting this hot! This won't keep up! That won't keep up!
