    Word to the wise guys..

    Heard on the radio could just mean that someone called into the sports talk show and said they saw it online, and asked about it.
    Someone could have heard the hosts talking about it and assumed it was real..

    thats how rumors get spread..

    besides...if it was for real..someone in HTown would have reported that 610 was talking about it...anyone?

    we would be getting crushed in that trade. battie and williams are not bad, but cuttino is worth more than them and i think EG is too despite all the problems. and with nachbar we'd be giving up a lot of potential. this sounds insanely lopsided. this better be a rumor.

    They're talking about Eddie Griffin's suspension right now and the trade rumor! I think I might vomit on my shoes if this happens.

    That is what I was about to type up.

    I have heard a trade suggestion from a caller on 610 and then I come here and see that someone has heard part of it and makes a post as if it was a real trade report.

    I don't understand this deal. What the hell does Battie and Williams do that is worth those 3 players? This is a terrible trade. I'm not against trading Boki, EG and/or Cat, but for those 2 guys? What is the point?:(

    HOOP-T, can I add you to my signature? I think it's safe to assume the members of the JVG haters club don't expect the little guy to improve the Rox, but I figured I'd ask since your decision seems to be a gut reaction to a rumor.
