ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Hawks 11/5/2016 (HARDEN vs. HOWARD)

i don't think Atlanta is good at all.

They have litterly played the easiest schedule in the league so far and their 3-2. They haven't played one team that was in the playoffs last year.

Factor in that they played today so we're catching them on the second game of a b2b and it should be a win.

My guess is we beat them by double figures. I haven't looked at vegas yet but my guess is we're favored by at least 5.5 points maybe as high as 7. I would be shocked if its lower than that.

 

I just read the Hawks game thread against the wizards and the fans are slowly hating beazmore can't defend can't shoot..schroder was best coming off the bench relieving Teague but haven't been all that great as playing the starter role..kover have been off and on lately..now for millsap he is nighmare if Anderson is guarding him in the paint it will be a long night..not worried about Dwight but I hope Capella can keep him off the glass..I think the rockets can take these dirty birds to wood shed but won't be easy

I think the Rockets will win because they are simply the better team. Hardan is better than DH.

The high 1-5 pick and roll involving Harden and Capela is going to KILL Dwight because he just doesn't have the lateral quickness to allow team defense to recover.
Howard didn't even play in the end of today's game. Muscala did.

denny schrods is gonna slice us up with his driving. if we had bev i would be confident but without him yikes.

also how th shell are we stopping millsap, he's taken over a lot more responsibility now with playmaking horford isn't thier and I'm scared about the idea of relying on anderson.

i reckon this is a matchup where anderson only sees 20-22minutes because the matchup isn't favourable at all, would of been good to have DMo this game to close out and hold space against him.

not worried about dwight cause their gonna make him work overtime on switches and screens.

korver/baze are meh thabo on JH should be the key matchup for the hawks.

i reckon its a 112-109 ball game to the haws unfortunately

 

Rockets win and it won't even be close.

 

Kinda want NeNe to start just to throw Dwight off because I feel he will go off for 30&25 or somewhere around that. Not sure Capela can hang, especially on the glass.

 

They struggle badly with Washington.

 

Rockets have lost 5 consecutive vs the Hawks.

Big test for our interior.. keep the rebounding respectable. I'm not too worried about Dwight offensively besides putbacks.

Not worried about our offense. Beast Beard and Co will score. Let's keep ATL under 100.

 

Somewhat likely. If Capela gets school early, MDA will sub NeNe early. Very good to have a backup like him for this game. I'm not too worried about Dwight though. If he really gets going, hack-a his pathetic headcase FTing self. Harden's getting him in foul trouble is another possibility.

 

How can I watch this on-line? Out of town.
