No he isn't. Not including today he has +.300 averages over past 7/15 games and a .290 avg for last 30 games. He also is one of the league leaders in RBIs since May. Problem is his 0fer games are magnified because rest of lineup outside of Tuve and Springer suck (not including Marwin or Val).
Must be the games I'm able to catch then. Can't remember the last time he looked comfortable at the plate, last time he went yard.... Last night was an emergency 2 strike hack that blooped in for a hit, you can quote stats all you like but he hasn't resembled the young phenom lately, again, not in any of the games I've seen. Just my opinion.
His power numbers are down and strike outs up but part of that is pitchers adjusting to him. Overall though his other numbers aren't that far off. And despite what you've seen in limited games, he's still very much a young (21) phenom. Just look at how our other top prospects (Reed and Bregman) have struggled.
You know. F you Astros. Start like crap then give me hope that you might compete and then go to Detroit and get embarrassed 2 out of 3 and piss away a gem by fiers. F'ing chumps.
Looking like Rangers are getting close to Lucroy. Not sure what they're giving. He doesn't have a no trade to them.
As we sit on our pud with our feast or famine offense. This sweep cost us the division at the very least
