DMo will get paid and have a nice NBA career, not a STAR player but a good complimentary piece...sort of like an Ariza only different....same level.

Hopefully he stays in Houston and continues to put a thorny stick up the arse of all his haters!!!

Of course in 5 years this will become that "DD thinks he was a star" narrative, like VSpan- internet = exaggeration.

    DD

    But he didn't say starter?

Hopefully we don't match an over pay. That would be dumb

Is "good complimentary piece" lesser than a "SUPER role player"? Has DMo declined in your eyes over the last few months?

Or do you use the words "good" and "SUPER" interchangeably?

Can we just set the record straight that this "Rockets Insider" guy has never once provided any sort of insider information, and that he has in fact been proven to be 100% wrong?

    We're probably not matching.

Hoping he signs a smaller contract with us before signing a big contract somewhere.

He won't be worth a giant contact

It doesn't matter much if to start or come off the bench
as long as he gets 25-35 minutes per game and anchors the offense with James

Hello. This is Alykhan, the newest writer who has written a few film-study pieces for the site. I trust my source and the information he gave me. You don't have to believe me, but this is someone who definitely knows Motiejunas and spoke with him recently.

Main PF - sounds good - looks like the Rockets are heading in the right direction and finally recognize what they have in DMo.

    DD

Yep. Rockets_Insider is correct. He's written for this website before.

And its true about D'Antoni viewing Dmo as his main PF.

I wrote this 3 days ago when I did some digging after Dmo saying his back wasn't 100% yet.

organization does not learn from back issue mistakes.. His back is a concern.
You just cannot give to much for him

True he could be a good player, but he will miss a lot of games.. Hes been doing that since he got to the NBA

Sounds good, would rather see us use our FA $$ on a center like Whiteside than a PF Horford if given the chance. That is assuming either one wants to come here. Also, if DMo is going to be our PF I don't see how a high dollar Ryan Anderson signing is justified.
