What is this, the fourth largest city in the USA? Lots of people suck, therefore some people here suck. It's statistics.
Oh no! Fan does something that represents the whole fan base! Wait, what? I'm sure Warrior fans are just the classiest bunch in the NBA. Was the bandwagon OP Warriors fan(Heat/LeBron fan before) the one that got the finger? Warriors Fan Calls LeBron James a ‘P***y A** B***h’ Dumbass Warriors fans boo their owner Let me work up some faux outrage! ARRGGGHHH
Hm, like I said, this thread was originally meant as a joke, but it must have struck a nerve to get a news-bot to respond
eff it! we're already the most hated. let's be the bad boys!! let's be the team everyone hates, idgaf!
The kid should be equally traumatized by having to watch Bogut and Green in his team intentionally trying to inuure others.
It's stupid and low to flip a kid off at basketball game unless you are also a little kid. There's nothing wrong with a Houston journalist pointing that out. In fact great. If we'd all call out people who are a$&holes like she did, maybe there would be fewer of them. People who then post sexist idiotic things in response to her, are also in the wrong here. She did nothing wrong.
She did smth wrong as a journalist. Equating the behaviour of one individual with a whole city and then try to patronise on top of it.
LOL at all those criticizing folks who call out misogyny and sexism. Of course some people will go over board in their defense, but it's strange to criticize the folks who have too much zeal in defending against people who are sexists and misogynists, but don't say anything at all against the misogynists and sexists who committed the first and bigger wrong.
Of course it isn't right to blame the whole city for the acts of one fan. But in order to keep the city from getting the blame and shame of fans that act like that, it's fine to point out when something wrong is done.
