Or sooner. Wouldn't mind them doing what Walking Dead does with their spin off. Definitely interested in Robert's rebellion and Aegan.
They relented somewhat, but the last I read was that the producers were thinking of two shorter seasons after Season 6 (seasons 7 and 8 would amount to 13 episodes). But that isn't official. They're thinking of that number because it's tough to keep up the quality of such a show (as last season showed, last three episodes notwithstanding).
Huh, I wonder how I missed that. Well however long they want to do the show is ok with me, as long as the quality doesn't drop.
The ironic thing about show quality - and this is what makes GOT the exception to the rule that less is more - is that the spots where season 5 faltered, were largely due to an attempt to rush through one of the book's plotlines without any character development.

They need to kill of Sansa she is a pretty useless character. I am not a fan. And the girl who plays her is a pretty terrible actress.
Sansa's acting is phenomenally better than the terrible Daenerys, IMO. "I am the Queen of Dragons!!!" Oh my god, just shut up!!!

For real! She is the most annoying character on the show. The way she stares off into space when she talks, and trots out these corny "bad ass" lines. I just want one of her dragons to eat her.
can't believe there are sansa haters. she's had a little bad luck with her men, give her a break. The mother of dragons, I understand and feel the hate.
She's OK now. But I still can't get over how annoying she was in the first season, basically causing more trouble for her family because of her "love" for Joffrey. Plus she was super whiny back then too. Over the next couple of seasons, she's basically just been a whipped dog. But Season 4/Season 5 Sansa is pretty nice. I like her new found courage
Causing "trouble" for her family? There's an understatement. She got her father killed (although his fate might have been sealed anyway) and helped start the decline of the Stark House (although I'm sure there's a comeuppance soon).
I do think it's funny that she refuses to do nude scenes now for fear that she won't be taken seriously as an actress.....I mean, if they cast her for acting skills, someone needs to be fired.
