I've already answered why I care. Additionally, ZBoy and tinman are two of my favorite posters so that drew me to the thread as well. Always enjoyed their posts. A far more interesting question is why they care and the deep-seated psychology behind it. You could probably write a book on it.

Do you honestly believe that Lin "lost" his starting job to Bev and Ronnie Price because those guys were better PGs than Lin? Or do you recognize what most knowledgeable basketball folks see that it was a question of who fit better with the starters (along side Harden/Kobe) and need for playmaker on the 2nd unit? And beyond that, do you actually put any stock into the decision making by Byron Scott in LA? I mean...everyone saw the chemistry between Lin and Ed Davis in preseason, but Scott never had them on the court together until after the All-Star break..do you consider that good coaching decisions?
