Now that I think about it, I think it's the exact opposite.

If you look at WS rankings, there are several players in top 10 or top 20 that are 2nd, 3rd options on top contender teams. DeAndre Jordan is one example. Would DeAndre Jordan able to amass that many WSs if he was playing for 76ers? No, I don't think so. He's actually benefiting from playing in the Clippers.

So, I actually think it's the opposite of what you said.

His win shares would likely stay the same because he would produce the same.

There's an actual formula for win shares, look it up

Do you really think DeAndre Jordan would be in Top 10 in Win Share if he was playing in the 76ers? You are truly stupid, if you believe that. There are certain synergistic relationships that top elite players have. They benefit from playing with each other.

I know better than you do, so just go watch Dwight's videos as you usually do

DeMarcus Cousins, despite averaging like 27-12 in a weak team, is not even in top 20 in WS rankings. So, there goes your stupid theory.

You're really dumb. Deandre isn't going to grab fewer rebounds or block less shots or shoot 40% just because he's on he 6ers.

Just look at players who have moved and compare their win shares year over year.

Bosh went from the raptors to the superteam and his win shares stayed pretty much the same (if anything down slightly).

And wouldn't this just contradict your orginoal point? Hardens high win shares are due to his teammates according to your new logic

Hey idiot, do Houston Rockets have any 'elite top players' besides Harden?

Look up the formula genius. The reason for that is because he isn't all that efficient.

He isn't going to necessarily have a much higher ts% or ast/to ratio just because he moves to a better team.

His plus minus is high though, he's #11 on rpm

Hey, Russell Westbrook already has more WS currently than what he had last year, WHEN KEVIN DURANT WAS OUT.

    Are you not embarassed enough?

Yes because westrbook has improved his stats almost across the board. He's having his best statistical year ever.

His WS/48 is also higher this season, so games played don't matter

He played with Durant 2, 3 and 4 years ago too.

What were his win shares then?

He was not a MVP caliber player back then, so what's the point?

He's more efficient, he's grabbing more rebounds, his assist ratio is up. Only thing is his turnovers are worse too

He won the MVP in 2013-14.

He's able to do that because he's playing with Durant, who just sucks up the defense, and is a deadly shooter, so WB's assist numbers are also inflated that way.
