Hey come on Whiteside was in our system at the Valley, we had first crack at him...many of us were saying call him up.

    He counts.

    :)

If I can pick a prior coaching staff to coach the current team, then the team we've got, DD. ;-)-

Don't forget Rudy Gay. He was a Rocket for half an hour or so.

P.S. I just saw DD's sig. LOL! Yes, Jimmer Fredette, a no-longer-in-the-NBA guy who averaged nearly as many turnovers as assists AND was a poor defender is EXACTLY the guy we need! (And right after I posted this, he changed his sig.)

How is "career bench warmer" Lowry starting on your team over Aaron Brooks?

If the game matters (ie win and get into the playoffs or it's on national tv) current Rockets win big.

I dunno, seems that I was wrong about that whole thing, and that Lowry is better, not that Brooks is bad, he is fine in Chicago, but Lowry has really taken off.

He would be great on our team because he would not take crap from Harden and would be the team leader.

    PG - Lowry/Dragic
    SG - Green/kmart
    SF - Parsons/Morris
    PF - Scola/Patterson
    C - Whiteside/Asik/JHill

This team has more heart and will "play harder" than the current team

If you threw in sub .300 3pt shooter, that would sound exactly like another former Rocket who was previously mentioned in this thread and got a lot of love from DD.

in today's Western Conference, this is good enough to net the 7th-8th seed, Scola's heart and leadership attributes plus Lowry's competitive fire might get the job done
