Really showed he shouldn't be a head coach tonight. Can't make that many dumb decisions in a NBA game. Should have never lost that game.
The guy seems incompetent or possibly amateur in drawing up plays during late situations during certain games. Unless it is a prayer 3 by Harden, there seems to be no structure or team symmetry when the game slows down at certain moments. When the Houston Rockets are not playing a freestyle/street ball type of basketball, they seem confused or lost during the game.
This has nothing to do with nothing. Wasn't optimistic on John Blair. and Not on the "I hope they do well enough so he gets the job permanently" train. Nope. Clean house. John Blair. Chris Finch. Greg Buckner. EVERYONE MUST GO! Clean house. This is/was a good [HC] learning opportunity for John. He'll land another assistant job elsewhere.
JB is a horrible coach especially bec he plays favorites (Brewer and Terry) and won't play players who deserve playing time like DMO and Thornton. I wish we never win a game so we can fire this guy!

lawson, harden, ariza, dmo, howard that's the lineup with the highest ceiling. according to basketball-reference this lineup has not even played together. I mean this is a .500 team so far. why don't they play that lineup until they figure it out? Extending Mchale and not finding a real coach is becoming Morey's biggest failure.
We get rid of McFail and we just replace him with McFail Jr WTF!!?? Morley needs to exterminate the entire bench before they keep multiplying!
Our bench can't get consistent minutes in JB's rotation. He is headless chicken on the court. Please fire McHale's assistant coach!!!
Morey's biggest mistakes in no particular order would include M. Morris over Kawhi Leonard, hiring McHale (and general mentality that coaching doesn't matter), and you could argue that giving a max contract to Dwight Howard wasn't optimal and limited the team financially. Despite that though, the biggest loss was striking out on Chris Bosh for the 2nd time. Inability to get the 3rd star is setting the franchise back repeatedly.
