    McLane's an idiot as usual.

I like that B'Ob isn't scared of benching or getting rid of guys.

Maybe he's setting up Rick Smith to finally get fired. Showing the owner this is all he has to work with.

So he can bring in another fall guy that really doesn't do much?

Some of the HK footage of their offices were pretty telling... BOB's office is a complete mess with binders (likely player profile sheets and playbooks) everywhere, a desk full of outlined calendars, stacks of printouts strewn about, grease boards that are all outlined, etc.

Rick Smith's office? Pristine... as if he only really uses it to play solitaire and listen to music. He also has a game ball on the mantle... from what, who knows?

Well I'm hoping he brings in a real GM with power instead of a fall guy.

Wasn't there a rumor last year that we were bringing a guy over from NE?

Pioli? He was a fall guy who predictably couldn't make it without Belichick.

Old, but interesting. But Mallet is definitely more physically gifted than Hoyer

    Let's play a game:

Ryan Mallet, Brian Hoyer, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Russell Wilson, Joe Flacco, Andrew Luck, Matt Schaub, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Steve McNair, Kurt Warner, Dan Marino, John Elway, Steve Young, Troy Aikman.

Pick the two that don't fit!

Peyton and Brady... they should be elevated to wherever Joe Montana is.
