Maybe if he's not putting up so many shots like he did with Philly, he could focus more on his defense. He averaged 7 reb & 1.2 blocks per game last season, so those numbers could go up. A more desirable stat line for him would be 12-14 pts/10 reb/2 blks per game.
A man that people having a gravitational pull to one offense due to how easily they can score on him.
Okafor's game style does not fit the rockets. He's too slow, not a rim protector and can't shoot 3s or mid-range jumpers. The most important thing is that his post-up ppp is only 0.85 which is similar to Dwight's ppp. If we want a big man to play with Capela, at least the big man has to be a stretch 4.
Don't know about you but I'll take a young All Jefferson, all freaking day. He has the chance to be better then Al.
He is 22years old. Didn't even play his frst season. He will improve his offense in time. He plays above the rim and doesn't mind pick and rolls. I would take him over DH any day.
I'd be all for Okafor, if we hadn't just signed Adnderson. Okafor would be a good fit at pf for someone.
