Now that The Point God is liberated from the oppressive shackles of Moreyball and Harden, I fully expect him to go back to his All-Star status. Maybe 19 ppg, 10 apg, 5 rpg, 2+ spg, 46/37/89 shooting splits.
I don't know how Nash lasted as long as he did in like at that high a level. I do know it's possible with Chris to earn his max this year, though I didn't see it when he was playing with harden's team.
60 games 16 ppg 8 apg 43% FG% 38% 3p% but further declines in his advanced metrics like win share, plus minus etc. Those metrics really fell off hard last year. He just looked really old to end the year and those numbers reflected it.
If he has to handle most of the ball handling responsibilities, I give him 55 games at 18 points and 9 assist. He will play well but his body isnt made to carry a team any longer. He will break down. Just like he broke down in the WCF vs GS
Harden sucks. I wish we had a team of great players like Chris Paul and Dwight Howard, preferably coached by Kevin McHale. Chris Paul is going to Miami and Carolina next year. He will average 22 with 18 assists a game.
He will avg a triple double if he stays in OKC. okc will get his players to help Paul do this to get more teams involve and increase his value. Irk really but I do wish him good luck. I will miss him and I didn’t really want Russ. I still can’t believe it.
