Once a month James Harden decides that he is not going to be fully into the game. I don't why but of all games why did he pick this one? GEEZ....
He is also bricking his 3s he shot 11%. How can you rally your team when you are also bricking your shots? In fact this night will paint a narrative on Harden people will say if the refs dont give him fouls he cant do anything.
This is more because of the Bucks defense and I'm afraid other teams with follow. Harden needs to take mid range shots. Also, the entire team shot horrendously .
It didn’t help that Eric Gordon didn’t make a shot and PJ Tucker couldn’t throw a rock into the ocean but harden did look flustered
Refs left at least 10-15 free throws off the board on harden. 2 clear 3 point fouls and a bunch of fouls on drives. Let anybody get away with fouling and it’s going to affect your percentages.
He got fouled on at least 3 of those 3 pointers.... and he didn't have open looks for the other ones. It's not his fault.
I expected a better game by James but i think other players outside of Capela and House were just so bad tonight that even with James playing better we would've lost. Gordon (injured) has been so bad that we were basically playing 4 on 5 out there, PJ missed everything outside of one shot i think (two airballs ffs), Shumpert was looking like Brewer making quick and dumb shots/passes...eh, just a terrible game overall. Even the players/commentators said no one on the Rockets could buy a open 3...
He needs to post up midrange when they need a shot. Remember they dont want to expose their counter for this now. They are playing Chess to. The Bucks are going to have a problem also The Rox played Pj Tucker on Giannis and he did a good job.Pj just needed to make him pay on the other end. The Bucks cant beat the Sixers or Toronto
