What we need this year is SAM CASSELL. We are not going to get Nash or Chris Paul or Kidd...probably not even Andre Miller. But Sam Cassell should be possible. Leadership - check. Smart point guard play - check. Winner mentality - check. I know he is old and I know he's past his prime, but he is still a winner, and it would be a perfect feel-good story to have him come back to the Rockets and help them win another unexpected title.

I'll agree with everything you said. However Sam is only capable of playing 10-15minutes a game. He won't get us into the playoffs that way.

Francis still has game. He needs to play his game. And McGrady needs to let it happen. Francis has gone beyond unself to the absurd by passing all the time. He has overcompensated to fit in. I'm glad he's passing but he needs to start getting to the rim and finishing. Stevie, unleash thyself.
man, back in the day Steve > BD, BD had all these injuries, he couldn't shoot. Now he's improved big time. His game eventually got better, but more importantly that guy is a leader.
