I would like to have a poll to vote in. I think Randolph has the better reputation.

Zbo handily. He has played solid defense this season believe it or not. Al Jefferson is one of the most overrated bigs in the nba. He makes his team about 10-15 points per 100 possessions worse on the defensive end. He is worse than Boozer defensively and is arguably the worst defensive big in the league. His offense is grossly overrated and he is not particularly efficient. Overall, the Jazz are actually better when he is off the floor.

Funny that you picked these two to compare. I recall Chuck Hayes pegging these two as the most difficult to defend in the post a couple years ago. I'd say Zbo, though I haven't seen much of him this season. At one time, I was pretty high on the Rockets to make a play for Al Jefferson to give us a post presence. Then, I got League Pass and started checking him out. Dude looks sooooooo slow. I guess injuries have aged him some. I really don't think it's physically possible for him to play good defense, and I have to tip my cap to him for being able to pull it off offensively when he looks....soooooooo slow......

I went with Al Jefferson. Z-Bo is the better player but we need a 4 that can spread the court. Z-Bo and Asik front court would be too crowded for Lin or Harden to be effective at driving.

By default, I'm going with Big Al.
