This sucks, I would trade all the Max Kellerman fans for Yao Ming's foot to be better

This really does suck. Really love Yao and what he brought and meant to the Rockets organization.

YAO is a legend. He gave everything, unfortunately injuries derailed him from winning rings.

With a healthy Yao we beat the Lakers and win the title

If I could make a deal with the devil to trade all the Harden Only Fans, Max Kellerman fans, TOFs, LOFs and the Rockets current logo for Yao's foot to be healed, I would.

According to Stevie, Yao rushed back from injuries. Now I don’t know if Yao himself made that decision or it was the org pushing for him to get back but either way I wish it didn’t happen.

Alright Tinman, we get it. I would have given up a lot to see a healthy Yao and Tmac rule the league, the season right before the 08 summer Olympics Yao was truly dominating the league.. then his foot was fractured and the higher ups in China forced him (and I'm sure there was an internal desire/urge too) to come back too early to represent his team.

It's too bad about his health, but honestly we were never truly able to surround those two with enough depth to consistently contend for the championship. Luther head, Rafer Alston, Bob Sura and who ever else CD was able to sign/trade for was marginally enough to put up a fight.. I really thought the last chance we had was when we were able to trade for Ron Artest.

Thinking about what could have been reminds me of the rumors the Trailblazers offered up the no.2+Clyde in the 1984 draft for Ralph Sampson.. What could have been, we would have been as hated as the Celtics and Lakers back in the day.

    ****, I miss Yao.

Truly happy guy and was the epitome of a warrior on the court. He deserved so much more than what he got out of his career.

**** the CCP for forcing Yao to play with a broken foot, a national treasure and they run him into the ground. For what? to qualify for the olympics?

If Yao was born in Taiwan, his career would have lasted longer, I'm sure of it.

Yao Ming was a true warrior who left it all on the court.

Another issue was that China pretty much forced him to play every offseason for the National team so he never had real time to rest and recover.

I used to agree that Yao did not have enough around him after T-Mac quit. But Yao with MacGrady, Aaron Brooks, Battier and Artest were a lethal starting 5. With Scola, Dikembe and Lowery off the bench.

We just had the wrong system and coach in JVG during Yao's peak to maximize these role players. He preferred a plodding game with his own guys who were past their prime or bad fits. Adelman ran a better system fit for Yao but he arrived as Yao was already breaking down.

But Morey should have traded/signed Artest a season or two earlier. That would have made a huge difference IMO.
