Aaron Brooks picks up pace on workouts on court. Targeting Dec. 10 return at Bucks.

Bah, i don´t know what to hope.
If he returns and get´s injuried once again. His trade Value will be almost Zero, even as an expiring. And it will be very uncomfortable for the team to have another season with 16 millions out of the court. We have to stop giving 16 millions advantage over the league on a 70 millions cap.

You should pray that Scola could be traded soon. He only has a few good years left. It's no meaning for him to play with a rebuilding team.

I would guess that it is still 24 min or less. depending on his reaction on the ankle. At this point, I do not expect him to play 35 min in this year, so Yao is more close to current Shaq, so both should get the same payment in next year, at least in my opinion.

I think it's great to hear any sort of "date certain" about Yao's return. If you hear of any change in Yao's playing status going forward, Clutch, such as a change in the minutes policy, etc., a positive change, you'll let us know, right? That would be cause for celebration beyond "just" getting the big fella back for limited minutes. Less of a limitation would be groovy. People might start dancin' in the BBS aisles in jubilation. You know, the corridors between the forums. We have a special dance step some of us do in D&D, the left and right shuffle. Also known as The Jackson. OK, known to my friends and I as the Jackson, after the inventor. You shuffle to the left, shuffle to the right, shuffle over to your chick and hold her tight. (invented by a friend of mine about 40 years ago... don't ask).

So lay some more good news on us, soonest!

It'd be fitting if they bump in to each other's knees or something and are both out for the year as a result.

I hope Yao is not in the starting line up. He needs to come off the bench till he gets in game shape.

Second unit: Yao, Ish, Hill, Lee, Bud

I agree...and maybe a few practices to get his wind back will do him some justice. Hope they are not rushing him back too soon (or knowing Yao he is pushing them to let him play). If he is not right it will be another on and off, T-Mac situation.....

Jonathan Feigen: When Yao Ming said was 'scheduled' for a Dec. 7 return against Detroit, he added that "is the latest I heard." Will practice tom. #hounews

I hope T-Mac goes off, but we still get the win.
