    even with miller.. nets still suck more than the current Nuggets. Not sure why Carmelo is so infatuated with NJ

    I'd rather have Kyle Lowry than Andre Miller at this point in his career. Not really buying it.

    Melody is wanting to see a plan in place that will allow his bud, Paul, to opt out and get a max deal alongside him. New Jersey needs to clear cap space.

    Idiotic trade for the Blazers. Batum, by himself, is worth more than Devin Harris. The Blazers would be foolish to trade him. In fact, with his great contract, Andre Miller is worth more than Devin Harris.

    Man a while back the rockets website had a contest that I entered. It was to choose who the rockets would draft with their first pick, and I picked batum. They never gave me my prize.

    That is all about dumping salary so they can bring in Paul next season.

    When you look at it that way, Andre Miller would be perfect for the Nets in exchange for Devin Harris. He only makes about $7 million/year and next season is at the team's option. His impact on Melo, Brook Lopez and Derrick Favors would be instantaneously positive and the Nets could keep him another year if they didn't get Chris Paul.
